An Arizona candidate for the US Senate, who is an executive at a solar energy company, bought a home in Paradise Valley with a bar / lounge that rivals “any five-star restaurant.” Four of the five buyers of Phoenix’s most expensive metro homes for sale last week paid cash. The fifth home was a five-bedroom home in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix.
The Kenneth Woodrow Trust paid cash for a 6,000 square foot house in the Mirabel community of North Scottsdale. The four bedroom, 4 ½ bath home was designed by Tate Studios Architects. It includes an exercise room and a very large pantry.

The James Lamon Family Living Trust paid cash for a Paradise Valley home with 7,491 square feet of space, plus four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Lamon, founder of DEPCOM Power, is running as a Republican for a seat in the US Senate in Arizona. The Santa Barbara-style home has a home theater, bar / lounge “to rival any five-star restaurant”, bespoke stonework and Venetian plasterwork. The backyard has a pergola, a kitchen and fireplaces.

An LLC named after the house address and run by Farzam Afshar paid cash for an 11,000 square foot mansion in Carefree. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house has floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a theater with a kitchen, a 1,000-bottle wine and tasting room, a gym, and two garages that can accommodate nine cars.
JRI Commercial Property Management LLC of Kansas sold the house. JRI is led by Jason Ingermanson, CEO of the JRI Hospitality restaurant chain.
Ron and Carol Port used the money to buy a 6,242 square foot home in the Desert Mountain community of North Scottsdale. The house has five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms. No other information was available in the list.

David Harkey purchased a 5,602 square foot modern farmhouse style home in the Phoenix neighborhood of the Arcadia neighborhood. The five bedroom, 4 ½ bath home features Camelback Mountain views, an electric car charging station, a custom Dutch door and an outdoor fireplace. Arar Holdings of Wyoming sold them.
